Jessica began practicing yoga over ten years ago, building a deep and lasting relationship with the practice. She completed her 200-hour RYT certification with the Dhyana Center, and a 50-hour advanced training with Ana Forrest. Jessica’s classes are vigorous but gentle, encouraging you to find your edge, safely building endurance and cultivating strength, but also to meet your body where it is now. Her teaching is for yogis of all levels, rooted in her belief that wherever we are in our yoga journey, we can all continue to learn something new from the practice every day – “don’t always go where you always go,” grow from finding the new and unfamiliar within the familiar.
