Nicole has studied and practiced yoga since 1996. She believes that asana and meditation are like panning for gold of the soul and mind. Her classes are filled with ambient breath, arcing into a slow and strong vinyasa flow, and a deep savasana. Nicole believes in the power of daily practice and seeks to inspire her students to do the same.
She is certified with over 500 hours with Janet Stone, with whom she has studied for over 10 years, holds a yoga philosophy certificate from CIIS, and has been working in the field of yoga and acro yoga in multiple capacities since 2010.
